Does the VodChat Take into Account Edited Out Content?

It's hard to tell, but I was wondering if the edited out parts for Youtube are taken into account when syncing up the Twitch Chat or if the Twitch chat is synced up to the start of every video? For example, in the middle of a video Cohh takes an AFK and it is edited out. Is the chat/time Cohh is AFK on Twitch edited out too?

The edited out content is a "new" thing and vodchat hasn't been adapted for it at the moment
