Like I said in the title I played with some Shadow Settings.I was trying to make game more smooth and I made nearly all shadow settings = 0

Did it improve the performance? And how did you tweek the settings/shadows exactly?

I can't say it improved the performance since you can't see anything but if you want to play with setting you should go to Documents\My Games\Fallout4 then Fallout4Prefs.ini make sure you copied the original settings before you play with them.You can change shadow settings in there.To get a image like that you should make all shadow setting near to 0.
