Perks are your choice Cohh on one condition. Whenever there is a perk benefiting speech, medicine, guns, or V.A.T.S.(involving guns) you MUST get it. If there are more than one available you can choose which to get.

Your name is Giovanni. You were a resident of Vault 3. You left with a few others for a supply run to the Crimson Caravan Company. As you returned you were greeted by Fiends at the Vault door and the corpses of your vault friends on the ground. The others you were with were killed or captured and only you managed to escape. You ran into a generous caravan that gave you some work as a courier. The leader of that Caravan, a Mysterious Stranger with a sexy duster, hat, and .44 Magnum trained you how to shoot a gun properly as well as how to patch up the most basic of wounds. You took up courier work as your main living and eventually joined up with the Mohave express. One night a man from the New Vegas strip showed up at your door and offered you a job from the illustrious Mr. House. You accepted. You were captured by a man in a checked suit and some tribals. The man in the suit shot you. You wake up and...

Your name is Giovanni. You are a man of the people. A hero wandering the wastes of the Mohave helping everyone that is in need. You were trained at a young age in the use of guns, mainly pistols and rifles, by a Mysterious Stranger after your vault(Vault 3) was raided by Fiends and your family and friends were killed. You one day will travel there and get your revenge on Motor Runner, but until that day your goal is to make the Mohave a better place. You will not join the NCR, Legion, or Mr. House. Yes Man is your man. You will make The Strip and Freeside the best places they can be as well as the surrounding communities all across the Mohave. Your companions are Veronica, the hard hitting Brotherhood gal, and Rex, the not as good as Dogmeat dog companion. His brain will be from Rey, the old and content guard dog of Old Lady Gibson. As for Veronica and her personal mission, that is for your to decide how it turns out.

The Legion and The NCR are your enemies. They only want to expand their territories and could care less about the people of the Mohave. The Legion you feel the urge to shoot on sight, and you will shoot them on sight(if you decide not to because of lore that is fine). The NCR you may be willing to negotiate with, but only if it benefits the people of the Mohave. Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.

Since you are a man of the people you will not steal from any citizens of the Mohave. You may steal from the NCR, Legion, Powder Gangers, or anyone else that is a danger to the Mohave(Although the Vault 19 Powder Gangers are an exception since they can be reasoned with).

The Kahns are a misunderstood people and you should try to turn them away from the path that is Caesar's Legion. If this is not possible then they must be exterminated as they will be a danger to the people of the Mohave.

You are from Vault 3. You have a curiosity for Vaults. You will explore EVERY Vault in the wasteland in search of survivors(of course to figure out the purpose of the vault for lore as well).

As for the DLC order. If you wish to have the chat vote that is obviously up to you. Although I do suggest you do them in order(Honest Hearts, Old Worlds Blues, Dead Money, Lonesome Road) to make the lore more understandable.

I hope you choose my ArcType Cohh, and if you do, I hope you enjoy it! Keep up your amazing Fallout marathon! I have enjoyed it thus far! I am typing all this up while I watch your Fallout 3 The Pitt DLC run. I would LOVE some Wildman leg! MMMM Wildman bacon! xD

DRUMBLES, the heavy weapon weilding, low intelligence, chaotic neutral, borderline super-mutant courier.

My inspiration for this build was to get the stuff you have yet to use out of the way (heavy weapons, lasers, low int, low charisma) and also because NV has some pretty funny interactions with low int

DRUMBLES NOT LIKE THINKS, BUT GOOD AT GUN. DRUMBLE LIKE THE RED LINES FROM SHINY GUN, BUT DRUMBLES NOT LIKE PEOPLE BEING MEAN TO HIM

Strength:10 (DRUMBLES IS STRONK)
Perception: 4 (DRUMBLES isnt exactly unobservant, but he is too easily distracted to actually pay attention to important things)
Endurance:10 (DRUMBLES is built like a flufffin' tank)

Any and all others are Cohh's choice. The goal of these perks is to make DRUMBLES into a tank, BUT Cohh is encouraged to alter any of these choices if he can rationalize it.

Mods: (no, not you guys, the game mods)

I use all of these mods and they play nice together, but no promises, just remember to load NVR2 last.

Rules: No companions (unless you can find someone as dumb as DRUMBLES), you must be on Very Hard/Hardcore, and if using Project Nevada, you are only allowed to make things tougher. You must also pick some toy that DRUMBLES collects, be it Teddy Bears, Cars, or Cinderblocks. If someone insults you or your intelligence, YOU MUST KILL THEM.

Playstyle: DRUMBLES DONT LIKE VATS, you must always use a laser weapon if you can, otherwise you must use plasma, and only if you have neither are you allowed to use "Boomy Guns" (head to goodsprings cave for an early laser)

Story: DRUMBLES was found under a tree by some passing merchants, the wife of the leader had just lost her child, and decided to adopt the toddler. They quickly found that DRUMBLES was not a toddler, and in fact, he was still a newborn who just happened to be exceptionally large. After the first week, he had consumed a month's worth of rations for a full grown adult, and one of the guards with questionable morals took him far from the caravan and shot him in the head. Thanks to his exceptionally thick skull (and small brain) DRUMBLES was relatively unaffected by this, and was able to survive in the wilderness for several months (mostly by killing would-be predators). Eventually he was taken in by a kind older woman, and he was able to live with her and help on the farm (pulling the plow mostly) until he was 16, at which point he wandered too far, turned a corner, and was hopelessly lost.

Later that day, DRUMBLES was found by a Courier, and deciding he liked how the word "Currier" felt in his mouth, he ended up following along until he was old enough to be officially hired. He quickly gained a reputation for being the best to hire if you wanted your package delivered fast... as long as it was not edible.

His most recent job was to take a small round disk to New Vegas, and he was not too pleased, as the man said it was called a "chip" but he was not able to eat it :(

Dash is not a very well known man but to the people who cross him, well lets just say you don't want to cross him. Dash has been seen trying to make a difference in the power struggle across the wastes in his own way, He is a quick and decisive fighter, also he is very good with his hands and has good reflexes. Dash also loves to steal and its no holds bared if you have something good he wants it. When he comes into a sticky situation he would rather fight with his fists then with words and is very brash in conversation and doesn't beat around the bush. Some people say he is almost like a ninja but not quite a ninja as in the wastes it is hard not to be seen when walking across them. Not much else is known about Dash but who knows what will become of his wandering out on the baron wastes of the Mojave will this unknown person save the wastes or become one with it we will ha- to wai - an- fi... out...

The Gambler

The gambler is all about gambling. You have to keep a fancy suit on you at all times so best looking outfit. You can only use light armor as well. You are a lucky duck and want to take over the strip for yourself. You have to carry a pistol preferably Maria at all times. Just cause you need something small to take into casino's. Sense most people are saying to do an energy play through that is up to you, but yeah that this was a fun idea just to be as lucky as possible and take over the world with caps and a smile. :)

As long as you can remember you've been a drifter, wandering from place to place. It all started when you were still kid. Always the dutiful and helpfull one you were. Most people looked upon it as kindness on your part which wasnt untrue but for you it was more of a pragmatic matter.
You wanted to be liked, loved and be able to ask of favors of others in return. In most situations this meant caps. You looked around for chores and things to find, you loved to explore. You traveled around mostly in caravans and gotten used to using Energy Weapons as your form of protection.
Among your companions that you traveled with you were known to be a Pack Rat, someone that Hoards alot of stuff to sell or repairing things. A person that you can rely on to Bear Many Burdens. It's a Wild Wasteland and you aim to Explore it!

Traits: Wild Wasteland + Hoarder

Stats:

7 Str , 6 Per , 6 END , 1 Char , 8 Int , 5 Luck ,

Main Skills: Science , Energy Weapons , Repair

Perks

Lvl 2 Intense Training to make Luck 6. It's needed for Better Criticials which you can get at lvl 16.
You could potentially raise your luck to 6 with an implant as well but that would require several thousands of caps, not hard to get thanks to all the snow globes and gambling at the Strip but still.

Lvl 10 : Strong Back or Pack Rat (Pack Rat needs 70 Barter)

Heavyweight, Finese , Math Wrath, Plasma Spaz Chemist (needs Medicine 60) Chems and (in Hardcore) stimpaks last twice as long.

Gameplay style; You need to thoroughly explore areas for workable parts that can be used for the Repair skill. Things like wrenches, scrap metal, anything that can be made into an useable item, and of course anything thats valuable that can be sold. Like the Weapon Repair Kit. From vendors be sure to buy all the cells you see, because those can be repurposed into better ones like Overcharged Cells. With Vigilant Recyler Perk at lvl 8, you'll be able to reuse Energy Cells and also get recipes for them at the workbench.

For lvling purposes and also extra damage be sure to focus on some of the Weapon Challenges, there's nothing wrong with using weapons outside of your regular build for that precise purpose.
You can look them over under the Misc. Tab in your Pipboy.
PS: Some awesome big weapons that fall into the Energy Weapons Section are the Flamer, The Incinerator and the Gatling Laser.

You love things that go boom. You’re traversing the Wasteland because you’re looking for the son of *** who put you in a grave, and when you see him, you’ll rip him to shreds with the biggest gun you can find. No one stands in your way, which means you may have to be nasty and deceitful to get your way, but it’s all in the name of killing that bastard. Playthrough Style & Bio:

Part of a grand cloning experiment that led to a horrific end for the instigators, 54 clones of "Gary" were created, but each began to exhibit psychotic tendencies to the scientists who created them. Eventually they rebelled and took over Vault 108 completely, and have evolved a complex and subtle series of ways to say "Gary" to convey their emotions. This particular Gary clone, or Gary 13 if you like, managed to maintain a small sense of curiosity to the outside world, inheriting some intelligence during the cloning process. He was aware of the fact that he was a clone, but was struggling with finding his identity which lead to moments of rage, causing him to escape the Capital Wasteland, only to end up taking shelter in the ruins of Goodsprings.

He is a melee fighter, focusing on dealing large amounts of damage quickly in swift moments of rage. If the situation requires it, he may use small guns, but due to his perception being low, he favors melee weapons at any given time.

Playthrough Style & Bio: John was raised in Goodsprings, his parents however opted to keep him away from the townsfolk. In his childhood he had learned to aim with his BB Gun. he was always good at talking his way out of a situation when he shot his father in the back of the head. Getting a job with the Mojave Express in his late teens, he'd go for days, weeks or even months on a job that provided his family with the caps they needed. However, at the age of 30. He came home on day to discover his parents murdered. This was when he finally took on the job of delivering a platinum chip to The Strip, on the way to deliver the chip, he was promptly kidnapped and taken to the nearby Goodsprings Graveyard. This is where his story begins, where he proves to the Mojave Wasteland that he will not fall to his knees.

John prefers to use his tongue to get out of situations, rifles are his strong suit. John will feast on the flesh of his enemies, conflicted between good and evil, He opts to go for Yes Man to stay on the neutral side and will try to sneak out of the way of his enemies.

Play Style:
He uses small weapons and is in love with nuka-cola and when ever he gets some drinks it straight away no matter what but he hates star brand and won't drink it no matter what. When possible u should buy the Nuka break sign weapon from the gun runners. The only companions u can have are cass and goul from black mountain and u may have ED-E if u want. You like the NCR and hate ceasars legion because u were one of there slaves in the past but you escaped. He has a good karma. You are drawn to the snow globes so u strive to collect them all! You love helping people and don't care if there goul or super mutant. When ever u enter a town u try and find some nuka-cola to buy u must buy all of it and drink it this includes nuka-cola quantum, victory and Quartz! :D

Since the day you were born you have lived large, go big or go home is your moto and you follow it for everything, including food, girls and of course guns, but sadly you don't have the caps to get that minugun of your dreams so you started working as a courier to earn enough money and to pay for your addiction to sunset salsaparilla, that started years ago, but that dream almost died along with you when you receive a bullet to the head, thankfully that didn't kill you but instead created a dark desire to shoot everyone in the head as a form of karmic justice

Playstyle: you prefer long range weapons, and you always go for headshots and when the action gets too close or there are too many enemies you put out your trusted big gun of your choice and shoot wildly at everything, aside from that you take good care of the 2 things you love the most, your babies (guns) with your repair skill and yourself with the medicine skill and of course you indulge in your salsa parrilla addiction whenever you can. Also you don't like joining groups, unless you can get something out of it, like bigger guns for example.

Bio: Pyretta used to be just a regular courier, but getting shot in the head can have peculiar consequences. This manifests in pyromaniac tendencies, and while she still has a solid moral compass, her urges can sometimes be hard to resist. (Much like in fallout 3 sometimes you just shot a dude, and reloaded afterwards. This time, don't reload and just see what happens). Try to be good, but sometimes it can be a bit hard.

She prefers large weapons of explosive and fiery nature. Dynamite, flamers, rocket launchers and so on. Other more conventional weapons can be used when needed, as these can sometimes be hard to come by. However her reckless nature can make aiming a rifle harder than spraying with an SMG.

She uses her silver tongue to get what ever she wants. Her signature weapon is a one handed submachine gun, but you some times can find some of her victims with a slit throat. She cares about getting paid for her work but some times she just like to do something bad for fun. She just wants to watch the world burn.
