Tokens and XP just disapear

So every time I watch cohn, whenever the timer expires my tokens and xp are both reset to 0, why is this?

Which timer do you mean? And I see that you have 109 tokens under your name. If you mean the timer on stream, then that is a sub strain and that has nothing to do with your tokens.
