If you messed up like I did and managed to make two service accounts before they revamped the mog station and fixed it. Here is the ticket you need to put in to get it fixed.

Only this ticket will resolve the problem.

If you are in US you can also call them at 310-846-0345 and get it escalated. You do not have to do this but it will get fixed much quicker. There is still no absolute time that this will be fixed though.
