Hi guys and girls ,

Been console gaming for far too many years and have decided to build a gaming pc , I am quite a beginner In this area so any ideas would be appreciated . Would be using it too play games and watch streams, listen to music all at the same time . There is a good Uk site called dinopc.com which i have heard good things about .

My budget is: £2000 (can go over by like £500

I live in: England

Operating system: (windows 8.1 )

Monitor: (would like two , one for gaming and one for watching streams and chatting etc . Doesn't to have to be in budget but would like a 27 inch main monitor and a smaller second one . Good quality ones. ?)

Peripherals?: ( will need keyboard and mouse and a good quality gaming headset)
Will you do overclocking?: (not sure what the benefits are )

What are you planning to do with the pc ? Become a part of the wonderful steam community and the cohhilition.

Thanks for taking the time to read this .

DUDE! first of all your build is really unballanced, xeon processor with a h87 motherboard? Then we have a 500w power supply which will do but once again really unballanced(however i liked that you took a gold one, thumbs up for that). Then we have the blue yeti mic, its good n all but he doesnt even meantion streaming and for voip and ingamechat something like that is totaly unnecessary. Which leads me to those headphones, yes they are great but i dont know if you noticed but THEY ARE 250 OHM, how are you going to drive that with stock audio on a lowend h87 motherboard!.

Edit 1: btw i cant see those monitors and the xeon processor could be a problem with some bioses btw

one question and one recomendation. is graphite 760t the chassi you want? alternatives:
enthoo pro: http://www.phanteks.com/Enthoo-Pro.html
arc midi r2: http://www.fractal-design.com/home/prod ... rc-midi-r2
any of the following define r4s: http://www.fractal-design.com/home/prod ... ine-series (they are silence optimised and therefore quite heavy)
h440: http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/143- ... tower.html (got a little bit of silencing foam)

now to the recommendation: you need to know what type of periphials you prefer. especially with keyboards. there you first need to know if you want rubberdome(standard) or mechanical. if you want mechanical, what type of switch do you want, the most common are red, blue, brown and black. Go to the local electronicsstore and try these things out
edit : enthoo pro doesnt launch in two months time

here is my suggestion.
you get a weaker cpu (your cpu is more kind of a workstation cpu and the 4770k can play any game today and stream at the same time)
i took the noctua nh-d14 since it beats the h100i and is quieter.
your board is better but once again its older and you dont need it
Your memmory speed is faster but you wont feel any differncea
I got you a 240 gb ssd.
i got a good 1.5tb drive but i dont think you can fill it unless you download alot and never delete anything
i got no dvd reader since you: 1 cant have any in this case 2. i dont see any good use of one(install windows on usb).
Now to the big change! you got 1 gtx780, i took the amd equivalent(since they are cheaper and got more vram which you may need for your wqhd monitor) which is r9 290 and then i put in two of those!
then we got the psu, all i have to say is that it has gotten top score everywhere
and for the case i think the h440 would fit in perfectly with the red theme but whatever floats your boat

Go with either An I5-3570K or the I7-4770K Other than that you are good to go. Don't pair AMD with Intel also if you wanna go with this http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3Qzj8. Its over 2000 but it has everything you needed.

the board, cpu and ram(although the memmory is only 1333 when standard is 1600 or 1866) are ok. i dont know about the harddrive but it seems a bit expensive and while talking expensive, get rid of that ssd.Its only 60 gb which for a 2000£ computer is just redicolus and comparing with others its extremly expensive. you can get a 120gb for 70£ sometimes even a 240gb. the cooler is about equivalent but i noctuas is quieter. Here is some subjective but when i see that case i go wtf, its old and outdated and i dont think it looks good at all. it only has one feature and that are the handels, however there are better cases with that. Then we have the powersupply, a bronze supply for a 2000£ computer, come on.... The screen are not bad nor special, a 27" ips 2560*1440 is better. As i said in my previous post i think cd readers are unusefull. Then we got the graphicscard and here is the point where i go nuts, a 780ti IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY, two r 290 is about 100£ more but give alot more peformance.

and by the way the graph is in swedish so let me translate:
medelvärde: average value
lägsta värde: lowest value
and as i said earlier, go and try out your accesoaries so you know what floats your boat
