My budget is: 1000-1500€, this budget could change, so if you say "pay 1600€ and you get a lot more out of it" i would chance it, that's just to give a price field.
I live in: Austria
Operating system: Need, prefer Win7, but if somebody can give me reasons to take Win8 instead i will be fine
Monitor: No need
My budget is:
Gaming resolution : 1920x1080
Peripherals?: No need
Will you do overclocking?:don't even know what that is^^
What are you planning to do with the pc?: I want this PC for gaming mostly, maybe some streaming not sure about it

Big Thx, to everybody and hopefully somebody is so nice and will help me :)

This is what I found :

I forgot to put the : Corsair CX750 750W (V3) ATX 2.3 power supply in there - this adds €76.60 for a cost of €1300'ish.

Good possible upgrades if you want to spend more monies would be i7-4770K if you'll use it for more than just gaming (or you want to bet that HyperThreading will be utilized more in the years to come!)
Also 1 140mm fan or 1-2x120mm fans to mount in the front of the case would be nice to transport the air in (lownoise ones!) to keep the GTX780 cool :)
