The standalone version of Day Z, an open-world, zombie survival simulator, is now available through Early Access on Steam.
Day Z released last year as a mod for the realistic military shooter, Arma 2. As fun as it was to play, bugs and glitches were rampant throughout, and they frequently stalled your progress and broke the immersion.
The standalone version is meant to alleviate some of those problems, but for now, a warning on Day Z's Steam page makes it clear that the game isn't running perfectly in its current form.
