there is a sweetfx plugin for ESO out now, and it looks amazing!
Eventhough the plugin uses the amd/radeon tool nvidia cards work fine with this too.

-Quick edit-
you need to start the game trough the radeonpro instead of trough the launcher, if you use the launcher it will crash the eso.exe.
here is the downloadfile you need.

a quick tutorial on how to enable it ingame:
Extract SweetFX 1.4 into its own folder and proceed to install RadeonPro
Start up RadeonPro and go into Settings [small cockwheels at up middle] and select 'SweetFX settings'
Enable it and then point path into a folder in which you have SweetFX 1.4 files. Click Save
Now click on Add new profile that is furthest icon to left. Browse into a folder in which you have eso.exe and select it. Path for me is F:\Games\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client
Click on ESO from the list
In SweetFX tab enable it and import (SweetFX_Settings_The Elder Scrolls Online_Perfection v2) found in the rar or use other existing ones/tweak your own.
Under tab Visual, tabs are at right hand, enable FXAA because this is required in order to get SweetFX to work with TESO. use the dropdown menu and set it to ultra.
Right click on ESO and select Apply now. Then double click it in order to start a game with SweetFX enabled.
the tutorial is also included in a TXT file.
it is a mega link -.-
