Need help with follower alert

So I'm trying to polish up the stream a little bit more again since I no longer have chroma keying my webcam anymore. I'm am not very savvy with PS so I was curious if anyone could help me make my own personal follower alert that I can use from here on out. I've spoken to GGG and I got permission to use in-game items in my alerts and such so I'm going with the Exalted orb that I've attached to this post. If anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it. If you wanna ask me any questions feel free. Thank you all.
