Perks: lady killer, gun nut, thief, entomologist, scoundrel, iron fist, bloody mess, gunslinger, commando, sniper, concentrated fire, ninja, and anything else anyone can think of.
Armor: Must get Chinese stealth suit ASAP but anything will do before that.

I have no idea if this was requested before but I highly recommend using TTW (Tale of Two Wastelands) mod for Fallout 3 - NV. It basically rebuilds Fallout 3 in the New Vegas engine. All around smoother gameplay and animations, fixes TONS of Crashes that occur In Fallout 3, built in iron sights, balanced loot for seamless transition to Fallout New Vegas . It made Fallout a much more enjoyable Experience for me. Mod all around 11/10

I'm going to post this in both fallout 3 and NV because i would like the idea in either.
The trader.
Every time Cohh loots something he must leave at least one thing behind. Exaple He takes a really nice gun. "Here have this empty bottle!" I think it would be fun watching Cohh, self professed loot whore, to have to leave items behind. Also would lend to him making hilarious rp comments.

Playthrough Bio: Life in the vault was not easy for Alex. Only having a friend in Amata while being bullied by the Tunnel Snakes, has left him not seeking help from others much. His abandonment by his father, and the vault turning on him, has made him give up hope on humanity. Feeling a need to find the truth has Alex helping others, if reluctantly, to find the truth. Seeing the harshness of the Wastelands, shows him he will have to do anything it takes to survive, even if it means blowing up a settlement to help him survive easier.
Playthrough Style: Non trusting, slightly evil if it benefits him. (I.E. stealing, blowing up Megaton, having the ghouls take of Tennpenny tower) - Not necessarily doing those.

The Anti-Cohh
Strength: 8 Anti cohh aint some computer playing geek. she is the toughness
Perception: 7 Anti-cohh never looks at chat (although real cohh will while doing this playthrough)
Endurance: 8
Charisma: 1 No one trusts anti-cohh, and for good reason
Intelligence: 5
Agility: 6
Luck: 5
Mandatory Perks: Animal Friend, Toughness, rad resistance, life giver, silent runner, Ant Might (if cohh decides to do the quest Those!), and Barkskin (If cohh decides to do the quest Oasis)
Forbidden Perks: Strongback, Scrounger, Fortune Finder, Child at Heart, daddy's girl, Thief, Impartial mediation, Night person,Robotics expert, Infiltrator, computer whiz
This is the opposite of what cohh would normally. do. This Cohh doesnt loot everything she sees, she even leaves most containers unchecked! Because of this she does not level up his lockpick skill or her science skill. She also can not get any loot friendly perks like strong back, scrounger or Fortune Finder. Also unlike cohh she avoids killing pets whenever possible. this includes pet like animals like the centaur. To aid with this cohh must get animal friend perks. The real cohh likes to help people whenever he can, so anti cohh is a complete bag of dicks. She kills and betrays people all the time ( especially if they have a neat weapon) and is completely against ghouls (a raycist). Anti-Cohh's favorite weapon types are close ranged guns (shotties and sub machine guns although she is also known to use repeaters and assault rifles) and explosives (mostly grenades, this is a secondary weapon choice). Anti cohh does not like trying to talk things out, so she is not allowed to get perks like child at heart. Anti cohh is tough as nails and wears the heaviest armor she can get her hands on (except power armor cause that is for nerds) and gets all defense like perks (like toughness, rad resistance and life giver). Anti cohh hates taking the hard way, and so if she can complete a quest quicker, or get the quest rewards an easier way then she will. That being said she is not explicitly evil. If there is no gain to harming someone, or if there is a good reward for helping someone (and the reward cannot be taken more easily another way) then she is inclined to either help them or leave them alone. Anti-Cohh is a bit sneaky and likes to start off a battle with a sneak attack, but does not like to one shot enemies with snipers at range.
After finally being able to leave the vault anti cohh is excited to become the biggest bad ass of the wasteland. She wants to be known around the capital waste as someone not to get on the bad side of. Her way of achieving this is by getting a small collection of very good weapons and leaving her mark on every where she travels (sometimes for better sometimes not). She takes any kind of hostility very poorly often leading in some type of subterfuge, or a bullet to the face, to punish those foolish enough to piss her off. Anti Cohh does not get attatched to people so even people who have done multiple quests with her will have to be careful not to say the wrong thing or hold out on a reward.

He is a gun aficionado, and keeps his own arsenal *Cohh will RP this by always keeping at least one of each type of gun he finds, either on himself or 'at his bunk', and giving his guns names. Cohh will find a 'favorite' longarm and name it vera.* Jayne has a fear of 'Reavers', or feral ghouls, and dying in an unmanly fashion.
The character should be adapted from Adam Baldwin's character in Firefly.

Surely he will swagg/showoff and pose (hope i found the right Words, im not a English specialist ^^) with his Impressive Skills and his Epic Adventures, when ever he finds an Audience.

You should wear a Coat and a Hat asap, use only Cowboy Style Weapons (Dynamite, Colt, Repetation Rifle).
The Character is Intentionally "good" but hes a dumb Nut, so he maybe will see "Bad" actions as good ones or just dont see the Conequences.

- You must make choices and survive on yourself.
- You must NOT care for others or help, unless you feel it is really needed.
- Every time you make a choice that has a higher effect, (more bad than good.) You must sacrifice a weapon or something vital you need.
- You are allowed to most guns, but none that are bigger than your character, including plasma/laser.
- You must explore EVERY vault before doing the main mission. You can do side quests but must try to stick to vault hunting.
- Every time Cohh dies he must use his fists as weapons for one hour.
Mr. Carnage is a wasteland legend, he is the top person who can bullshit his way out of anything, he has traits and skills that can influence his allies and destroy his enemy. This is his life story, he tells it to his children after many years, his time in the Vault and the effect it had when he left. In his life he has explained how he has done things and how he has survived, he is a neutral being but will do anything to help himself. His children, Jennie and Fred, their mother is unknown, all they know is that the mother was a traveler as well. In his Vault life he was raised into science and medical by his father, but his mother could also do the same trait. Bullshit out of anything.
The story can be told with Mrs. as well, or a female perspective.

He soon became very feared with the Fallout population because of his mood swings, nobody knew what he would next, help them or kill them.

During Speech options, every other choice he has to choose either a Good or Bad choice, no in-between, Same with Saving or Killing someone.
When faced with Vendors, Cohh will have to sell a Random Item, Picked with his eyes closed, He MUST Sell it.
MEGATON choice - Can be left up to Cohh and remain on the alternating good/bad path when encountered. (I know Cohh can manipulate this and make a dialogue choice right before given the option about MEGATON)

MEGATON choice - Can be left up to Cohh and remain on the alternating good/bad path when encountered. (I know Cohh can manipulate this and make a dialogue choice right before given the option about MEGATON)
