The Summer Steam Sale

Every year we get a couple big sales from Steam. Every year I buy a cart-load of games that usually just sit in my library.

This year I was hoping to get some people to comment on good or exceptional deals as they become available. Any opinion helps as there are tons of games and the choices are sometimes confusing.

Are there any games that you see that seem like a great deal or a must have?

Yeah i know the feeling, the only things i have bought this time are Witcher 1 and Witcher 2 and also Chivalry Complete Pack, which i have spent are £8 so far. Think the Witcher games are daily deals at a low price.
