New game on Steam called Nevermind looks pretty creepy. Might be a good fit.

Stairs is an indie horror game that released two days ago on Steam and it seems pretty scary.

Cohh, you could do a full Dead Space play through. 3 games. =) They are great horror-ish games... if a little bit dated.

Definitely give Stasis a play-through. I'm a kickstarter backer and couldn't stop playing it once I started. The story is a bit dark in places, but the game is dripping with lore and tension. Absolutely fantastic sci-fi horror & well worth the time to play through it =)

Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason
Really cool story driven psychological horror game.

If you can find this game and get it to run without crashing, I highly recommend it. :D
A bit of a hidden rough gem this game nowadays, since it's not on Steam anymore. Emphasis on rough.

I don't have time to go through 6 pages of previous suggestions so I'll just suggest a few I would love to see Cohh today, I am not sure if they have been mentioned before.

Dead Space (the first one)
P.T
Silent Hill 2
Until Dawn
Among the Sleep
Amnesia: The Dark Descent (perhaps some custom levels too?)
Condemned: Criminal Origins
F.E.A.R.

"D"

I know it's pretty old but it was one of the first horror games that I loved. I'm not even sure if it can still be found.

Edit: Just did a search for it and D on PS1 is available on Amazon for $35.
