I wanted a map on second monitor as it would much easier to glance than opening pip-boy map in-game; so I made one. Unfortunately, it is not possible to do this purely on webpage so it requires an external application to be ran to forward game's events to browser. And yeah, this is PC (localhost) only at least for now.
The map does contain spoilers about locations if you have not discovered them yet. However! You can choose to show only markers you see in-game to avoid spoilers.
What you can see: location markers, player marker and its rotation, custom marker, power armor marker & quest markers and quest text. Exact location may be off slightly but it is good enough.
Would be great if some people tested it. How to use it:
1) Download the app (link on the webpage, requires .NET4.5).
2) Run the game & enable pipboy app (settings > gameplay > pip-boy app enabled).
3) Run the app (scanned).
4) On the webpage > 'connect to device'.
5) Input game device's IP address.
6a) Show all markers. Markers that you cannot see in-game are slightly faded.
or
6b) Show progress. Markers that you cannot see in-game are not displayed.
7) At this point you should see 'events received' in the app's title. That means everything is going as planned.
8) Alt+tab back into game and the map markers should load shortly.
or if you just want to see markers: skip all steps, load map & select 'show all'.
Cheers,
fisu
Edit: Added game device IP option so you can have game map on PC while playing on console. Unfortunately, I cannot test for this.

A little update on this. I added some player information so no need to open Pip-boy constantly. Here is a screenshot as spoiler free as I could get with something to show.
Only active and miscellaneous quests are displayed.

My problem was that companion app requires newer version of android than I have on my phone so could not even use it. Not to mention I would have to use it like pip-boy. So with this I can quickly see anything important.
This does not have local map (unfortunately, I did not look into that), if that is what you are after. Also, you have to use this on PC for the game connector app. Making it more complicated may not be a great idea although possible.

No worries this will be a big help, will probably fire up my laptop to run this since I normally have Cohh up on my 2nd monitor.
Thanks for the work on this and look forward to anymore changes you make to it

Saw a post on reddit about ability to add notes, so added the feature to my map. Very basic: add (to player's location) and remove, with hover to see note text.
Also, added itemlog for acquired items and threat level overlay.

Fairly interesting. Must be an issue with 7z format in itself. Changed it to zip so hopefully it will work without breaking from now on.

Blimey. Thing just likes to corrupt itself for no apparent reason (on my end and thus download is corrupt). Switched directory and technically it should work now.

Ok, I give up hosting it myself. Mega.co.nz should work properly at least.

The download launches fine for me. Maybe your anti-virus program is acting up?
