Hey,
I have a windows 10 computer, and my xcom 2 will only launch the main screen when I clock play all I get is a black screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the game, and still nothing. Help

It looks like your graphics card may be causing the issue... From the looks of it you may barely make the minimum requirements but the GPU is definitely low end...
The only thing I can suggest is when launching the game walk away for five minutes and come back. If it does not launch then I am afraid your computer cannot handle it.

It's really difficult to tell sir... Your computer is definitely not the best meaning that for all your intents and purposes a Graphics Card won't help all that much. Whilst you may be able to launch it with one you may not be able to play it right...
My suggestion is place this game on the back burner for a little while, save up and buy yourself a small upgrade to most of your systems. If that is not possible then my suggestion would place you around purchasing something like the GTX 750 ti or something around that range. It offers you some future proofing.
Seriously though, please take my advice. Your computer will not be able to run many of the games coming out these days. It will seriously struggle to run lower end games also... Save up a bit and get yourself something that'll last a few years.
