Linking Two Cohhilition Accounts

I was wondering if there's a method of linking two active Cohhilition accounts together. On my alternate (Trainer_Blue1), I have over 500 tokens from previous activity, but this one is my more active account. When attempting to sign this account up, there was an option to link it with an active account, but when I typed in my information, it merely said I had an incorrect password.

Should I simply continue switching between accounts, or is there a way to connect the point values from the previous to the active? I'm including a Gyazo link for confirmation that my other account is still active.
