Infinity Ward has gone into detail about all the extra work that's been put into the PC version of this year's Call of Duty, leading to speculation it'll have better graphics than the editions on the next-gen consoles.
Speaking with Kotaku, executive producer Mark Rubin explained that while previous versions of COD made by Infinity Ward made use of the graphical assets from the Xbox 360 and PS3, this time around the studio has made original ones specifically designed for the platform.
"PC is taking a different tack from previous games
" he said. "Now, PC has its own set of assets, it's going to look better than any Call of Duty we've ever made on PC."
