Twitch Name Change

Hello, I changed my name a little bit ago from Twitched1 to Kassaur before hearing from a fellow cohhilition friend it would mess up tokens here (now the forum only recognises my old twitch name and not my new one).

Could someone change my cohhilition name ( +transfer my tokens over if possible if they were affected too ? I think they were are it's reading 451 on Twitched1 and 300 or so on Kassaur)?
