I'd like to suggest that the web subs who are still web subs , also get access to the twitch app features , such as a the pool option etc.

Currently those options are open to Tier 1 subs + (So $4.99+)
Most things involving a websub also require a Tier 1 sub and a Websub or a Tier2 sub or a Tier 3 Sub.
So you get a "discount" on Tier 2 subs above, 7.50 instead of 9.99 for example.
We don't currently have anything thats "websub only" at this time. But I can raise this for discussion
