Would love to see Cohh check out Sanabi sometime when there’s a lull in his schedule and he wants something shorter to knock out in a stream or two.
It’s an action-platformer set in a dystopian cyberpunk world, but the real standout is the story. No exaggeration, it has one of the best father/child stories I’ve played in any game. The gameplay is awesome too, but the story is what really makes it special.
It feels like one of those hidden gems that way more people should know about. It came from a small Korean indie dev team and never got much promotion, but the people who have played it absolutely love it—97% overwhelmingly positive with 43k reviews currently which is a good indicator of the quality.
I’ve recommended it to a few friends already, and every one of them ended up loving it. It’s also only around 8 hours long, so it’s the perfect game for filling the gap between bigger releases without being a huge commitment.
Honestly, I think Cohh would have a great time with it, and chat probably would too. If anyone’s looking for a shorter game to jump into while waiting for next month’s releases, Sanabi is 100% worth it.
