I would like to suggest a layout change for post and signature window in profile.

What is a problem here?

How it will be better?
The main problem in code here is that the smilies are looking like to be before textarea in the code. Just make the text area as a display: block, give it 100% minus margin to have nice borders, maybe clear: both tweak if it make some mistakes on IE 11 or so. And put smilies under the text area to the full width display: block. There are so many smilies that for example in signature settings window (picture above) it looks bad.

This issue has now been resolved! Might need a force cache refresh though
