Budget video card for a gaming pc

Since noone has responded, I'll update the thread.
My current setup is :
Ryzen 5 2600
GeForce GTX 660
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT Red DDR4 3000 CL15
B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
PSU is something 750W
Full tower case.
I'm looking for a GPU, currently thinking about 1650 Super, as I'm already on a budget.
Should I go for Gigabyte's Windforce, or pick something else? I'm looking for best performance/cost ratio
