Beck, the protagonist of Keiji Inafune's Mighty No. 9, will make a cameo appearance in Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z.
Beck will be released as DLC for Ninja Gaiden Z, Team Ninja and Spark Unlimited's action game, according to the Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z website.
A spiritual successor to Inafune's famed Mega Man series, Mighty No. 9 launched as a Kickstarter project in September. The side-scrolling platformer reached the necessary stretch goal to bring the game to Xbox one, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U, PC, Mac, Linux, Nintendo 3DS and Vita.
