So i heard you guys/gals like to do art. Well the youtube needs some help from you.

Hi. This is Redeyedmonster and i'm the guy who handles the Cohh Youtube videos. I first wanted to thank everyone for showing great support for the youtube and over the last month, the views and subs have been steadily climbing and thats because of the great support of the Cohhilition Community. I want to take the Youtube to the next level and make it look very professional but i have run into a problem that i need your help with. As you can see here by this example, [MEDIA=youtube]tVtarY00diU[/MEDIA] , this is Cohh playing through DA:I. While the playlist is fully functional and works, the thumbnails are of just standard gameplay and look shabby when searched for on Youtube. And here is the problem. I have ZERO artistic talent. So here is what i'm looking for and how you can help if you have the time. We all know that Cohh has some excellent splash screens for his intros, such as the DA:I, DMC and such. This is the kinda thing I need for the Playlists and videos for the upcoming games, H1Z1, Witcher 1-2-3, Evolved and any other major release that Cohh plays. So if you are interested in getting your Cohh/Cohhilition themed game art on the youtube, please submit it here in this thread so Cohh and I can interact with you about it. As we can see here by this example, our bearded friend https://www.youtube.com/user/Ellohime has some excellent thumbnails on his current videos. We cant have that Mountain Dew drinking Viking have cooler Thumbnails than we do.

Perfect Kagapeme. These kind of things are exactly whet we are looking for. Ill ask Cohh to give some feedback about if anything need to be added for information and such to the ones he likes and wants to use. Really appreciate all the help from the community. Would you like some thing like a PSD file that has a thumbnail template all set up and you can just go in and change the words to what ever you need or do you just want splash screens?

Hey doods just a followup. I have not pick any of these to use yet because i dont want to pressure Cohh into using one without his permission. As we all know, when Cohh uses an artist for something, he like to reward said artist for their efforts. So if i go ahead and use one, its basically spending Cohhs money without his feedback and thats not something i feel comfy about doing. None the less, when he gets back from Pax, im going to have a chat about it ASAP so i can hopefully get one selected and will update the H1Z1 Highlights on youtube ad use it for future ones. Now we are still going to need some pics for Evolved and his upcoming Witcher 1-3 playthroughs which are going to be huge long playthroughs on youtube so these 3 pieces of art will be seen a lot so if you are still interested, please post your best ones here and also twitter them to Cohh so he can see them directly and let me know if he digs them. PS. Thumbnails dont register small print that well so the pic is more important then the words so i will add text to them as needed. If you can organize the pic with room on one side for large print to show without covering the awesomeness, that is best. ill try to find a good example of what i mean and link below. love all of our art community more than you can believe.

See how there is lots or space for big print of say "Fighting Crime In A Future Time" on the left side. If it said H1Z1 somewhere near the dude on the right side it would be perfectish. You guys get the idea.

already made a few witcher things, they were in my folder.
anyways:





tbh if you are doing thumbnails find a artist who can create a style for a default youtube overlay,
and create images in 1 style/keep using the same fonts.
that makes it look a ton more professional than 300 different styles for your thumbs.
also make them for ALL thumbs not just future ones, backtrack too.. just my 5 cents.

so i took the liberty of making a " dummy" which you can update with every game cohh plays by adding a new image in the box. and change the numbering. i have the psd if you are interested in using it and if cohh likes it ofc.
the size is youtube formatted, so you can use it straight away.

I'm all that program savvy to add the cohh logo (if someone cares to do so feel free!) Please keep in mind I'm not all that good at this so sorry if it's not what you're looking for.
