It looks like
To add this file to your game:
Go to the installation folder found BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\emblems\player
Back up the file envTxrHrld_146.dds (put it in a zip or w/e)
Once you have done that replace the file from the link above with the file in the folder and boot up your game.
