Hi, everyone!

As we all know, Cohh has a lot of gaming going on. Since it's easy to be confused on what he'll be playing we're going to try to keep people updated on (potential) games he'll be playing each week. This week (September 21 - 27) the games are:

Witcher 3?

Cozy streams:

Please keep in mind that this list could change at any time.

Hades. Hades!? HADES!!!

If you didn’t know about Cohh’s fascination with the game, where have you been? The art, the music, the voice acting and of course the gameplay has kept this game as a mainstay for over a week.

This isn’t just in the regular streams either. “Hades” has taken hold of the cozy stream as well. Cohh just can't stop playing it! All part of the plan. :cohhEvil:

With all the “Hades” on the channel it was easy to miss the other games that were played on the stream. We continued the adventures of Geralt, while also taking a look into a remake of a game released in 2002.

It’s that time again. Time to look back and review.

An Addictive Experience

On Sept. 20, Cohh checked out “Hades” as it left Early Access and released. It wasn’t his first time with the game as he checked out an early version of the game in 2018.

The rogue-lite game based on Greek Mythology is centered around the protagonist Zagreus as he attempts to escape from under the watchful eye of his father. That’s hard to do when your father is the ruler of the Underworld.

As this game is a rogue-lite each run does change. It changes whether you escape from Hades or if you die. Each time you start over you make your march back to fight Zag’s father. Additionally, each run you gain different boons to help with your progress. These are given from the Greek Gods from Olympus or the Underworld. :cohhWow:

The difference from a rogue-like is that the character’s memory remains. From what happened previously down to the weapon he was training with.

While Cohh has defeated Hades numerous times, he’s still committed to this game. He wants to max all weapons, max all relationships and find what is the “true ending.” One could say the goal is reaching 100% on the game. We may be here for a while.

If you’ve missed anything or still on the fence if this game is for you check out Cohh's playthrough on Youtube.

Mafia: Definitive Edition
A Story Retold

Nostalgia is one hell of a drug. Whether it is reminiscing about or replaying a favorite video game, it is easy to find enjoyment and share with others.

As Cohh played “Mafia: Definitive Edition,” both he and chat talked about playing the original. While there were many positive comments, many were confused to changes that were made or items that were changed.

“Mafia: Definitive Edition” is a remake not just a remaster. While the core story remained the same, parts of it were expanded upon to add more depth and meaning. Even with changes few and far between, chat was quick to point out the discrepancies. :cohhCop:

Special thanks to 2K Games which gave Cohh a key to play the game early. After two streams of playing he finished it. You can find his thoughts on YouTube.

Normally you would find the playlist of a game he plays on YouTube as well. Due to numerous issues a VOD collection was made on Twitch which you can find here.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
The Search Continues

For the third week we’ve seen Geralt grace the channel as Cohh continues to work to the end goal of finding and saving Ciri.

The journey continued on across Skellige as Geralt and Yennefer teamed up to track their "daughter" last seen there. If you’re not familiar with the game or franchise it would be hard to explain their complicated relationship in detail, let alone the plot.

As has been mentioned Cohh chose to side with Triss in the romantic triangle presented in the game. We watched as he had to reject Yen this time. Cohh was visibly shook to his core as he turned her away. :cohhFeels:

With still a month away from Cyberpunk, we know there isn’t much rush to complete this game including the DLC. With other games coming up, it’ll be easy to miss when he returns to the Continent.
