I bought the GoG mystery game from the token store, but didn't get the achievement.

I can see that you have linked your accounts.
But since you were not awarded a achievement at the same time, this would mean when your eligibility for those account linking achievements was checked (the moment of your linking) you didn't follow/sub etc on Twitter/YouTube.
Steam/Twitch are not behaving just this second but next on my fixin' list
