What is the difference between the 2 Cohhilition Rust servers?

I believe "The Cohhilition 2" is going to be wiped more often, so if you want to do a long drawn out build it'd be better to do it on "The Cohhilition" so it doesn't get wiped half way through XD. Also the 2nd server is only avaliable when Cohh is streaming, where as the other one is pretty much 24/7 from what I've noticed!
