A little fun fact while watching Cohh doing a quest involving a Pesta i looked up some old Norwegian history i knew id learnt in school, and surely enough;

Theodor Kittelsen claimed to have met Pesta while he was traveling during his stay in North-Norway and he drew a picture of her which he then put in his book about the Black Death plague, this was in 1896 but came out in 1902.

She was pictured as a old woman dressed in black with a broom and a rake, If she showed up at a farm with the Broom everyone on the farm would die, if she brought the Rake some would survive.

So basicly its Norwegian Folklore at work :-)
