Rig needs an update but where to start?

So as the title says, tried running MW Beta and it juuussstttt failed miserably. Low setting on everything. This is what I have:
MSI GTX 1050 - GPU
M5A99X EVO - Motherboard
8GB of Crucial RAM
AMD FX 8300, 3300MHZ - CPU
Sandisk SSD

Soooo where do I start? Im not after bleeding edge graphics but something less like a combat fatigue wearing Pac-Man would be a good shout

Here is the mainscreen and an ingame shot, top left im using the built in trackers. 50fps that drops when on the move and the the CPU and GPU are matched in MS to render or whatever they need to do
