Strong fractions? I'm personally fond of 2/3. But 1/4 is pretty close too.

Spelling jokes aside, I'd say the Brotherhood of Steel.
Fallout 4 Spoilers [+] Show
The potential of Liberty Prime plus their air superiority and power armor supply makes them a formidable force. The Institute has the most defensible position and, therefore, wins almost all engagements on its own turf and repels almost every direct attack attempt. But if put on a level playing field, the Brotherhood is more well prepared for a military engagement. The Institute mostly relies on secrecy, infiltration, and small-scale operations.

The Minutemen have good numbers, but too little infrastructure. The Railroad is admirable, but they operate on the same level as the Institute and would be crushed in direct engagements.

I voted Brotherhood of Steel because I enjoy their structure and organization.

I've played Institute to the end, as my first choice.
My friend tells me that the Railroad has the best story (he finished the BoS ending already as well)

I liked the Brotherhood questline the most. Played them all and loved to see Liberty Prime in action.

I like the Minutemen for the artillery strikes but, the brotherhood of steel has a lot of high tech war functionality.

I have chosen for the Institute. I have more connection with them then any of the other factions.

I went with the (so far unpopular choice) Railroad because I liked the whole "underdog" aspect; a bunch of rabble with noble (and arguably misguided) intentions taking on a huge organization... and actually succeeding.

For basic ethics (right to self determine, mostly) I went with Railroad but the more I think about it the more I'm torn about The Institute.
