I've seen a lot of people give The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners really good reviews. I've played it myself and would definitely recommend it. It's got very positive reviews as of posting (90%).

It's a game with zombies (obviously) and has a great amount of interactivity. The weapons you use feel like they have realistic weight and durability. Everything can break -- bottles can be shattered to be used as a makeshift shiv. Guns can jam and you're forced to clear it. The list goes on and on. The story is good so far, but I haven't beaten the game yet so I can't comment if it's good or not. There is in-depth looting elements in this game to. It encourages a LOT of exploration, which I know is right up your alley. I don't want to spoil a great game without saying too much more.

The developers of the puzzle game series The Room have just released a new game in VR, and it’s compatible with most devices, including the Index. It’s got a lot of great reviews, and should be fun to watch Cohh play an escape room puzzle game in VR.
