- If you're playing Battlefield 4 on PS4, the developer DICE is asking for your help in diagnosing the persistent CE-34878-0 crash problem.
- A new Game of Thrones from Telltale was confirmed at the VGX awards. (You can catch up on all the new trailers revealed at VGX right here if you missed them last weekend.)
- Grand Theft Auto V has new story DLC coming out in 2014.
- If you're a PlayStation Plus subscriber, be sure to download your free copy of Borderlands 2 on PS3 (provided you don't already own the game).
- Bayonetta 2's producer has heard gamers' cries to bring the game to more consoles than just Wii U. He "gets it." Now he really just wants you to stop the "pedantic port-begging."
- Cliff Bleszinski has an idea for a new FPSand it doesn't sound like Gears of War.
- A developer on Forza 5 defends the game's microtransaction model, saying they are "not about making more money."
- After the teaser site for Fallout 4 was revealed to be nothing more than an elaborate hoax, the instigator admitted that he was a "douche."
- However, rumors indicate that Fallout 4 is in development and may be set in Boston (but is that just an extension of the hoax?)
- Meanwhile, we've been searching the Bethesda holiday card for additional Fallout 4 hints, but have yet to find any elaborate clues hidden in the artwork.
- At least Elder Scrolls Online got a release date in April on PC. Xbox One and PS4 versions will come two months later in June.

Here are the sales numbers in brief, set to spin cycle:
- The PS4 has reported sales of over 2.1 million.
- The Xbox One has reported sales of over 2 million.
- The PS4 outsold the Xbox One in the US in November.
- The Xbox One sold faster than the PS4 in the US in November.
- Microsoft raised the price for some digital Xbox One games.
- The Xbox One hard disc drive apparently maxes out at 362GB.
- And despite rumors to the contrary, you can't make your Xbox One backwards compatible by entering in a series of button presses. You can, however, potentially brick your system.
- But if you just like to watch the world burn, there is a mod that allows you to use your PlayStation 4 controller on Xbox One.
- A guy who paid $750 for a picture of an Xbox Onewas given a free system.
- A $1469 Steam Machine from Digital Storm vows to "defy the cookie-cutter mold" by "not making any compromises for performance."
- Beta versions of Valve's box are out in the wild, and you can download SteamOS to try out yourself right now.
- The US government has been using resources to search for terrorists in World of Warcraft, Second Life, and Xbox Live.
- In response, Microsoft joined a coalition calling for government surveillance reform.
- Blizzard, Ubisoft, and Capcom have all offered support after the recent huge spike in YouTube copyright claims.
- EA got a perfect score on corporate equality index for demonstrating best-in-class policies, benefits, and practices for lesbian, ***, bisexual, and transgender employees.
- However, law firm Holzer, Holzer & Fistel is launching an investigation into EA for failing to comply with federal securities laws surrounding Battlefield 4.
