LG Introduces UltraWide 4K Monitor

At CES in a few weeks, LG will debut a number of new UltraWide monitors, including 4K 34- and 29-inch models. The UHD monitors sport a 3,440 x 1,440 resolution, and the IPS displays also features Thunderbolt 2 connectivity for high transfer speeds.



In addition to the 4K UM95 monitors, LG will also debut other UltraWide monitors, ranging in size from 25 to 34 inches. One model, the ColorPrime 27MB85, will feature Thunderbolt 2 connectivity and LG's True Color Pro software for enhanced color reproduction, intended for use by photographers, video editors, and others who create visual content. All of LG's new monitors will work with Macs and will be HDMI and DisplayPort compatible.
