I'm sure I'll be online at some point during this beta. I'll keep an eye out. Will add additional details once it's up and running.

ESO uses a single "mega" server, although I don't know if different regions are seperated.Genzzry wrote:So, has anyone logged into Stress Test yet?
If so, what server did you pick (if there are servers).

Yea Im in the beta too currently... played the first 50min and it was really bad... but I guess no MMORPG has an interesting start.
Will have to invest more time as well to actually get to know the game.
" Didn't like it or feel engaged one bit."
Describes my experience as well... sadly.

ESO is going to flop. The feel behind the game is bland. It's unneccessarily weighty. It lacks Elder Scrolls Immersion we've gotten used to.
The ES games by them selves, without the story and immersion, are quite subpar RPGs. The Combat is clunky and not completely intersting, and the customization has constantly started to deteriorate.
ESO is a game where it takes the GW2 approach to combat, but overall fails in how the Combat actually plays (in early game). The lack of ES immersion we've gotten used to is a killing blow in low level gameplay.
And no Game, MMO or not, should seem so negative in the first 10 levels. Those are the levels that get you hooked. ESO will end up just like SWTOR. Not a failure, not a success, and overall a very niche game.
And the game itself isn't bad. It just isn't great. And the only reason I think it'll fail is because the Devs are insanely tight lipped and the game is launched in 3 months. I mean comeon... This holiday was THE TIME to hype everyone. Instead, it's a very negative response to this game. If I had to scale MMOs here is what it would be be a 5/10. And that doesn't mean it's bad or anything. Just that's it's not a Must Play.
Just as an example I give FFXIV a 6.5/10

Everything I have seen about it (including video from streamers who have NO idea what an NDA is) makes me just yawn. The game hasn't shown me ANYTHING impressive / new or that it will do things better than already established MMOs. The whole idea of becoming the "Emperor" sounds cool until you realize that the ONLY people who will get that are players who account share (play in shifts) in order to be on 24/7 thus making the point of PvPing to achieve that goal severely diminished.
