I have never tried to play a PnP game over the internet before but I believe there are a lot of tools to do so nowadays. There are ways to share maps I believe and multi cam programs (I believe the Cohhilition is using one to play Mafia) that could facilitate an online game. I don't know all the technical specs that would be required but I would definitely be up for playing something like that if others are interested. If there are any interested DM's and other players who are interested I am game to try it out!
I have mostly played 4e rules.

I found 2 programs that people like to use to help it out.

He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you.

Roll20. That's the one I have experimented with in the past. I have a couple maps I put together. It definitely would be a good tool to use for meeting online.
