My budget is:1000 euro
I live in:Ireland

Peripherals?: im ok with this .
Will you do overclocking?: not sure what this means if it helps me get a good gaming pc sure
What are you planning to do with the pc?: Gaming maybe live streams i like working at impossible things like building a stream channel ,but really wanna be able to play any game the Cohhilition guilds play .

Don't have any interest in second hand parts ,I would buy a pc if it could play must games and was upgrade-able .

Here's a build that would fit in your budget and work well for good gaming and possibly future streaming, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3uAzE, and if Google is right, the price should be pushing right up against your budget. (1000€ = $1381.60)
It has a 27" monitor with a 1920x1080 resolution, which is plenty for gaming, and gaming at higher resolutions will require the card I've chosen at a minimum (the next step up is 2560x1440).
Peripherals would be things like a keyboard, mouse, headphones/speakers, etc., so depending on what you want that will add to the build price; unless you're a competitive gamer, you don't need anything too fancy anyways.
Overclocking will always give better performance, but in terms of gaming, overclocking your CPU will not guarantee better performance, but overclocking your GPU will (which is really easy to do and does not depend on the motherboard as much as overclocking the CPU does).
This build will most definitely let you be able to play any games the Cohhilition members are currently playing. :D

(Of course constructive criticism is welcomed by anyone else. I'm surprised Ashardis hasn't given his two cents yet. :P )

NOTE: Keep in mind that with my build, with the GPU installed and hard drives or SSDs will need to be put into slots that are NOT in line with the GPU as the case isn't long enough for that.

hey may i ask you why you went with the windows 7 pro, if i were you i would go down to w7 hp and buy a better motherboard but otherwise its perfect.
looking at it if you but windows 7 hp and you can afford http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-mother ... 7g43gaming which is a nice board

Bumping up the board wouldn't be a bad idea, I've never been the greatest at picking out boards. The only reason I chose an H87 board to begin with instead of Z87 is because the only glaring difference is that Z87 can handle dual GPUs and H87 can't.
Win7 Home Premium would be fine as well; not really sure why I chose Pro, I may have just skipped over the Home Premium option.

yeah np, im not a extreme board expert but i just feel more comfertable with higher end boards since they have alot more stuff on them and more stuff cant be bad right + if you want to oc or go sli/cf its always nice to have a highend board. you cant oc with h87 i think

You can OC on any board, but yes higher end boards to allow for a bit more tampering with voltages if you need to (and sometimes you do with OCing).
