Overall I'd say it looks good, but I do have something else to offer, http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3wZz5.
Replace the 4820k with a 4770k, you get almost identical performance but much less power consumption, and this also leads to a different motherboard as well, but something that should be just as effective.
I've changed the RAM as well, but this is only a personal preference as the only things I've ever owned from Mushkin that have worked as expected are their SSDs, and I know G-Skill is a time tested RAM manufacturer that's always proven to be good.
I've also changed the PSU and GPU; a better GPU with the money savings from the CPU+Mobo and a slightly smaller PSU thats 80+ Gold, because that will be enough for what you want to do with a single GPU. NOTE: You will most likely have to increase the PSU though if you ever plan on SLIing GPUs.
I've kept the Samsung SSD the same but this can always be dropped to 500GB (which I'd think would be plenty, but that's up to you), but I've changed the secondary drive to a WD Green. Assuming this drive is mainly a data drive, it doesn't need to anything spectacular, and the green series will give you some more power savings.
I've also kept the case and fans all the same as I see no problem with the ones you have chosen already.

I disagree on one point and that is the gpu, its really overpriced and i would rather go with 2x gtx780/r9 290(for higher res) than 1 gtx 780ti. a question what res will you be gaming at?

1600x900 on packard bell 200w and on 42'' samsung tv.

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3xOQT here is my sugestion its 60£ more but you get so much better bang for the buck compared to 780ti however with that res i think you will get 60+fps on all games on highest setting with a single 780, i think that would be enough and if you would get more monitore/higher res you could always add another 780
