Many of you many have heard the news released this week about this new title. It will be Free-to-Play upon final release but in 4-6 weeks we can expect to see a $20 early access thru Steam. From what I've seen and heard so far, this is more like what I wanted from Rust originally. Set 15 years after a zombie apocalypse, it features zombies with individual AI thought processes, crafting, home/fortress building, switchable 1st and 3rd person view, etc...
Here's the teaser site (no content as of Apr. 10, but does give a feel of the ambience I assume):

Here's the link to the Reddit (which is also now linked on the H1Z1 Homepage and has all known information and videos currently released.):

Am I the only one excited about this?
I'm looking for thoughts, comments, and people interested in grouping up.

The game has a lot of good features, but not sure if I will be able to get past the graphics for this style of game. The other thing that is going to play the biggest role for me is the community. If enough Cohhilition members play it then that will probably be less of an issue then what I seen in Rust.

I'm super psyched for H1Z1! like to the extent that I'm so frustrated waiting for early access... I just can't play any of my games right now lol for just wanting this beast of a game, I've never actually been excited for a game ever, well not since waiting for the release of finally fantasy VIII and IX
. I will have a few friends joining me and I'm definitely interested in grouping up, making friends with some awesome people to play with!

My guess is a lot of graphic improvement will be made, what we're all seeing so far is so early in development.jagerman1980 wrote:The game has a lot of good features, but not sure if I will be able to get past the graphics for this style of game.
