You can look at the fact there are better creeps. But there are also new and sometimes better items. And if you're a bit lucky you get nice items and bad creeps and you can win easy. :p

As a few people have stated already, I love how the game is set up so that you will not have the same type of run two times. It will always be different, and I love how you adapt to the game as you play it more because you remember the patterns of each of the monsters and then you take that into account the next time that you face them.

Case in point, had a run with great items that was ended by a Champion Bloat boss in the Womb which ended my run VERY fast lol. #BlameDego

From what I've seen Cohh gets better item drops than I do without the DLC, so that may be factor why it makes the game easier for some pepel.

The DLC makes it easier by far IMO, the addition of trinkets give passive abilities throughout the game as well. It also has some new items and tarot cards that are better than non-dlc.

why do you have to buy a controller to play it? i use the wasd keys to move and the arrow keys to shoot.
