Ok so first of all this isn't about gameplay or how good the actual game is!
Its all about the art of that particular game!
Its about IN GAME ART not box art or stuff like that!
One of my favorites that recently popped up is from a game called "Shelter!"

I like the commentary very much.

I have always thought that the game "Okami" had the best art style.

I understand EVERYTHING!

I really like the art style on Bioshock Infinite as well. The art style in Metro Last Light when above ground was really nice as well.

I like good voxel based games!!

A voxel is not necessarily an art style, but more of a procedure to build terrain within a game environment. Each game that uses voxel based terrain building can vary drastically in art style. Games like Minecraft and Cubeworld do look similar but you should check out Miner wars 2081 for an example of what I mean. Also Crysis uses voxels in their terrain building procedures if that helps clarify it a bit.
With that being said, I have always liked the Cell-Shaded art style. It allowed for 3D models to look more like a comic book drawing. Its a little cartooney, but it works well for the Borderlands series even though they name the style differently.
