[Wildstar] Banned from wildstar for no actual reason.....

So ive been banned from wildstar for the past 12 or so days been trying with support to get the situation sorted heres the reasoning behind my ban....

The debit card you paid with flagged on our system as fraudulent and we ve refunded the money and closed the account permanently do not send any questions back the matter is closed.

So i bought the game 2 months ago with my own debit card and setup the subscription and got the account changed to the us,played the game from launch....now this

Ive probably sent all in all 40 emails and reply's to them giving them every possible piece of info known to man and they are still saying its fraudulent behavior ive even got a letter from the bank confirming everything to no avail.

This also happened with guild wars 2 with my girlfriend so just becareful of these very dodgy ncsoft support people

Think im done from wildstar such a shame because i was loving the game.

NCSoft has had some problems with support in the past. I would suggest going to the forums in an attempt to get a dev to look into your problem if NCSoft keeps denying your request.

As soon as fraud is mentioned post is locked so no point i got a refund so ill just save the money for the next mmo that actually wants decent people to play it
