The situation is that if there is a login queue, the patrons are in a priority lane, so they get in faster in this case.
About the bag, I'm not certain, but I think you buy expansion scrolls from the marketplace, which increase your bag space 10 at a time (the default is 50, max is 130) and they cost 300 credits a piece. So to get it to 100, you need 5x300 = 1500 credits.
