I think the only way to eliminate that, is that Humble Bundle needs to team up with Steam and make it so that you don't get keys, but directly adds the games into your library of games. That way it, at least, makes it harder or even impossible for them to resell a game key.

But I don't think this is a big problem i general, as most games offered on Humble Bundle (and similar sites) are either old or semi-unknown games that, even if they are resold, are still selling more than they ever would normally. But I see why they are annoyed by the lost revenue and why they feel like they are being scammed.
