Been wanting to play Eve for a year or two now and just started playing. Just wondered if anyone in the community play it? Would be nice to make friends and learn with some people.

i know the thread is super super old but best way to play EVE and learn is going through EVE university, they run training programs, on hand fleets, and through their Mumble. first week i was in there managed to join the daily hi-sec to low-sec newbie fleets, learn about wormhole life (with tour) and how to run activities during war operations. very seasoned players new and old, and can teach you quite alot especially when just starting out your slammed with information.
