Help with sound!!

Hey

I hope i dont confuse you lot too much but i have my 42" tv plugged into my graphics card so i can watch cohh's stream and youtube with the sound coming out of the tv but i want to be able to use my headphones so i can listen to the games im playing without the sound from the tv coming through my headphone.

But when i try both sounds either come out from the tv speakers or the headphones and i dont want this i want cohh's stream and or youtube sound coming out of my tv and my gaming sounds only from my headphones, Would i need a seperate sound card or would i need a programme for my pc

I hope u understand what im trying to do.

wait so you want stream and youtube audio coming out of the tv at the same time as the games audio comes out of your headphones. i know this is poissible since I have had problems with audio playing from different devices however i dont know how to assign a program to a specific device.

someone at tomshardware recommended this;:http://www.chevolume.com/ dont know if it works but try it out
