no tokens on twitch mobile

I've watch the entirety of the streams for about 3 months now and have less than 400 tokens, twitch mobile does not count tokens only on a pc does it count, is there any fix to this I'd really like to join the H1Z1 server but I can't because while at work i use twitch mobile and I don't get tokens that way.

Nor does it count hours watched if youre using Chromecast. I feel kinda cheated...

Umm I only use the android app to watch twitch and i have over 1500 tokens so i'm not sure. I'm going to take the leap and say it may be a isolated incident. Hopefully the mods can help you

I hope so im only at 600 tokens from like 90 straight days of viewing

i just realized that the tokens go thru the chat bot, so if you are not logged into twitch and have the chat on then you will not get tokens. I don't have ChromeCast so I don't know if you type in chat with it or not. Also same goes for Xbox 1 viewers. It should work as long as your logged in and can type in chat then the bot will start counting the time and giving out the tokens.

You have to show up in the viewer list in the chat. Twitch apps are notoriously bad at this, the only thing I know to suggest is logging in/out of it to reload your credentials. If the twitch app is not showing you in the chat list unfortunately nothing much our system can do
