TS3 Server on QNap or Synology NAS?

Hello,

as title says, does anyone know if it is possible to set up a Teamspeak 3 server on a QNap or Synology NAS drive.

if so could you please advise me on how to do this please?

google it, i found alot but i have no idea what nas you have so i dont know if it works.

Yes i googled it, thats the first thing i did but all the info was scetchy and i dont have a Nas drive yet, trying to gether the info from someone that knows 110% that its possible before i shell out £££ and find out its not possible.

The info i found was running Vent on Qnap but could not find much info of a TS3 server running on a Nas drive.

well i searched for synology Nas ts3 server and found alot there were alot of diffrent threads with alot of diffrent models. what i found is that it has to have a x86 processor and most of the posts i found was from the 2010 so those models are out of date i think. It looks like both synology and Qnap use arm all the way up to the 500$ category. so this is what i would say is your safest bet, its 200$ has a intel atom(x86) and has a official Teamspeak app.
