It has been brought to my attention that my DNS may be the cause of the issues with twitch.tv loading. And I've done all suggestions accept change my DNS. I tried mind you, but I couldn't/didn't try hard enough to do it.
I have Win8.1 and can't seem to figure out how to change my DNS? All help is appreciated!

I had a similar problem to you and I did this (http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/a ... h-your-dns) and it fixed it. Twitch streams loaded up normally. I used the google dns server if you are wondering.
