Welcome Emote Submission

Okay so here's what I made. Not sure how it will look as an emote. Given what it is kind of obvious it's a "welcome thing" though.

number 2 closer to what you suggested cohh. The problem with "welcome" at 28 x 28 is that it's too hard to read.

They are both not really good for an emote. Mostly because you won't see what they are in the emote size.

Second thing: You can get in really big trouble editing/using other artists pictures without permission.
